Returns & Exchanges

Due to the custom-mixed nature of our artisanal lime washes and paints, all sales are final once the product has been tinted. We accept returns on unopened, non-tinted primers and sealers within 30 days of purchase, subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Return Process

    Verify Eligibility

    Ensure your items are unopened, non-customized products such as undercoats or clear topcoats, and check that you are within the 30-day return window.

    Contact Support

    Email our customer service team with your order number and the items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  • 3.
    Secure Packaging

    Carefully pack your items in their original shipping containers to prevent leakage during transit; Portola Paints is not responsible for products damaged during return shipping.

  • 4.
    Ship and Refund

    Affix your shipping label and send the package to our Los Angeles studio; once inspected and approved, your refund will be processed minus the restocking fee.
